1600 SC Engine

A WRITTEN DETAILED PARTS LIST is provide and a CD with a step by step of the work done, if you ask for.

Engine block	matching elements of the engine block cases and line bore measured - done if necessary
Cylinder head	with new guide and machines or replaced valves or seats and new valves springs
Camshaft	re-grind or new w/new lifters also gears are matched to the characteristics of the engine case (-0 / +1 etc, etc,)
Crankshaft	Magnafluxed, re-grinded - polished at a certain degree - hard nitrided and balanced w/ flywheel / clutch / pulley etc..
Case 2 or 3 pcs.	Torqued together and Measured with a Dial Bore Gauge and Align Bored
Carburators	new - weber carburator with mesh air filter adapted
Coil	12 volt Bosch
Distributor	rebuilt - dyne tested - with new points - condenser - cap - rotor
Head	are cleaned, Guides replaced, all New Valves, New Valve Springs
Flywheel and clutch	flywheel resurface as specs. - clutch disk and plates new or rebuilt - 200mm
Generator 12 volts	rebuilt - new brushes and tested - new bearings
Muffler	New Dansk euro
Rods	New Wrist Pin Bushings installed , then Balanced end-for-end and Total Weight to less than a gram.
Piston	82.5 with Biral alloy cylinder

Bolts and Nuts	correct size all around - cadmium plated - silver or black
Engine tin and sheet metal	are powder painted with the correct color for the type and year and complete on this engine
Engines	Are bench running for leak check and adjustment for one hour - ready to install

a 12 volts SC 1964 in Euro configuration - 200mm flywheel

We have now available the correct Dowel pin for the new cranks shaft bearing. #1 + #2 + #3
those dowels are pricisely machined to eliminate the play in the pinhole of the bearing who are not the same dimension as the one in the half engine case ( 5mm )
