The following Refund policy applies to all Usexport and autoshoppingcenter.com products and services

We want you to be completely satisfied with our product or service.

Return not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking

If you cancel the order, before the shipping is processed, a 5% will be deducted when we credit your account

Those engines come with a written Nationwide, No-hassle, 12 -18 month or 12,000 miles
shipping will take in most cases 10 working days

If a minor problem arises, you can authorize your local mechanic to fix it or if you have to remove the transmission/engine and ship back to the rebuilder at your expense. You will be reimburse if the problem is the fault of the rebuilder.

software products may only be returned either:

1. Unopenned, in original packing and never used

2. Before an "activation" key is issued
Software will be processed and shipped in the next 10 working days
Software will be shipped by UPS or USPS and you will be able to track your shipment in a website

In any case Sales are final

A total refund will be available in case of a wrong doing from our self, our warehouse, or if you receive the wrong merchandises.
