Press and hold trip odometer reset button. Next, turn the
ignition key to the run position KPII (not the start position). Wait 30 seconds
or until service light begins blinking. Turn the ignition to off position.
Release the Trip Odometer button. |

To reset the Service Reminder Indicator, turn the ignition
on while the engine is not running. Access the diagnostic unit located on the
left fender well under the hood. Connect the single wire plug to terminal #7.
Press the reset button four times shortly. When the LED glows, press the button
once. When the LED glows steadily again, press the button five times. When the
LED glows steadily again, press the button once. After the LED gives a couple
of rapid flashes, the system is reset. Unplug the connector and turn the
ignition off.
